We tailor sessions to you, not the other way around. That might mean exploring something painful and complex, or it might mean working through something practical that’s taking up all your headspace. Both are valid.
If you’re autistic, ADHD, dyslexic or exploring neurodivergence, you’ll be met with lived understanding – not assumptions. You don’t need to mask, impress, or “do therapy properly.” Just come as you are.
A safe, inclusive, welcoming and diverse space for all. At louder than words all in person appointments will take place in our soothing office environment with complimentary water, soft drinks and individualised care.
If you can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with virtual therapy, teletherapy or email therapy.
