Everything we offer is shaped around real people, real lives, and real ways of experiencing the world. Whether you’re neurodivergent, navigating change, or simply looking for support, we’re here to meet you as you are.
Hi, I’m Kroy.
I’m an openly Autistic, ADHD and Dyslexic counsellor, and that shapes everything about how I work.
I know first-hand that a lot of traditional counselling spaces don’t always feel accessible, comfortable, or natural — especially if you’re neurodivergent. You might have spent a long time trying to fit into systems that weren’t designed for you.
My aim is to create something different.
A space where you don’t have to mask, explain yourself constantly, or communicate in a way that doesn’t feel right.
My Approach
I work in a flexible, integrative way – adapting sessions to what actually helps you, rather than following a fixed structure.
That might include:
The most important thing is that we find a way of working that feels comfortable and sustainable for you.
Hi, I’m Ryan.
I’m a pluralistic counsellor with a background in teaching and a long-standing passion for music.
Over the years, I’ve seen how different people need different kinds of support – there isn’t one single approach that works for everyone. My work is shaped by that belief.
I’ve also experienced mental health challenges personally and understand how difficult it can be to take that first step towards getting support.
My Approach
My approach is calm, adaptable, and centred around you as a whole person.
I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on what feels most helpful, and where appropriate, I integrate music into sessions as another way of exploring thoughts and emotions.
Sessions might include:
There’s no pressure to do things a certain way – we shape the work together.
Our approach is simple: we adapt to you.
We use a pluralistic approach to counselling, which means there isn’t one fixed way of working. Instead, we shape sessions around what you need, at your pace, in a way that feels manageable and real.
We understand that not everyone experiences the world in the same way. Our work includes neurodivergent-informed support, including lived experience, so you don’t have to explain everything from scratch.
Sessions don’t have to look one way. We offer online, in-person, phone, email, and alternative formats so that support can fit around your life.
We’re not here to sit behind a clinical mask. We work in a way that’s genuine, grounded, and focused on building a real therapeutic relationship; because connection matters more than technique.
You don’t have to know exactly what to say, or have everything figured out before you begin. We move at your pace, and you only share what you feel ready to.
