Neurodivergent counselling & creative therapy

Hi, I’m Kroy.

My work is grounded in neurodivergent experience — as someone who is Autistic, ADHD and Dyslexic, I understand first-hand that traditional counselling doesn’t always fit.

I offer a flexible, practical approach that meets you where you are. That might include talking, shared activities, or video game therapy — creating a space that feels natural, not forced.

 

There’s no expectation to communicate in a certain way. We find what works for you.

Music-informed counselling & reflective support

Hi, I’m Ryan.

I’m a pluralistic counsellor, which means I draw on different approaches to create support that’s tailored to you as a whole person.

With a background in teaching and a passion for music, I often integrate music into sessions where it feels helpful — offering another way to explore thoughts and emotions when words aren’t quite enough.

My style is calm, thoughtful, and grounded in helping you build understanding, confidence, and meaningful change.

Sessions are shaped around you. We use a pluralistic approach, which means we adapt how we work depending on what you need, rather than following a fixed structure.

We understand that things don’t always fit neatly into a weekly session. We’ll talk with you about what support between sessions looks like and what feels appropriate.

That’s okay - life happens. You can book sessions as needed, and we can also help you create a rhythm that works for you if that’s helpful.

We work with a range of ages. If you’re unsure whether we’re the right fit, feel free to reach out and ask.
